As a key player in their small but impactful firm, you will be instrumental in executing sell-side M&A transactions and providing strategic financial advice to their clients in the technology sector. Key responsibilities:
• Conduct financial analysis and valuation of technology companies
• Prepare detailed financial models and presentations for client engagements
• Support senior bankers in deal execution, including due diligence, negotiation, and closing processes
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and pitch books for potential clients
• Maintain and develop relationships with clients and key industry players
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on sell-side M&A transactions in the technology sector
